MODERN SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE
IHCS-DiagnoSYS™ uses software technologies from Microsoft® (.NET Platforms) to develop a system that can run within your practice or a hosted data center. Access your charts from anywhere - VPN connections, internet, intranet, or in a disconnected, off-line mode.  Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle are the preferred databases.

COMPLIANCE
IHCS DiagnoSYS^™ provides 128-bit encryption to match industry standards and utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for all data transmissions. IHCS DiagnoSYS^™ controls access to restricted areas of the application and database via login authentication. User roles are used to ease administration of application security. We record all system activities, including but not limited to, login, file access, record modification (field level), process activities and security events. Access to patient data is limited to those employees who are responsible for performing related tasks.

SUPPORTED DEVICES
IHCS DiagnoSYS^™ supports the use of electronic signature pads for creation and storage of staff and client signatures. Tablet PC's and a variety of handheld devices are also supported.

REPORTING
For report generation, IHCS DiagnoSYS^™ uses ActiveReports for .NET® to provide standard as well as custom reports. These reports can be exported in the Adobe® PDF format, attached to emails, or stored in a document management system for retrieval.
