IHCS-DiagnoSYS™ EMR electronically captures data throughout the client’s life cycle such as intakes, assessments, treatment plans and progress notes.  Client data is captured once, then shared with the various aspects of the client’s chart.  Production of state and      federal forms that are required is provided.  We incorporate the    functionality of a document management system (DMS) that allows scanning of external documents and associating them with a client’s record.    Other features include:
